‘contact in(druk)’
With the exhibition ‘contact in (druk)’, Maria van der Gaag and Carolin Lange explore the experimental side of photography and printmaking. Operating within an abstract visual language, they translate their shared interest in light, patterns and structures through different material processes. The exhibition presents works in progress and the new directions they are currently exploring, including a crossover of printing techniques, contact prints, such as cyanotypes and anthotypes, and infrared and UV photography.
