Foundation B.a.d is a collective of artists who have been helping to shape Rotterdam’s cultural landscape since 1987. In 1991 we occupied a vacant school building in Charlois, transforming it into a thriving cultural sanctuary. From painters and photographers to conceptual artists and creators of public art, our community thrives on creative diversity.

A dreamgaze band hailing from Rotterdam, Bed is ready to transport you back to the 90s. These talented musicians skillfully wield their pedal boards to submerge you in a captivating sea of melancholic melodies. Picture yourself in an underwater bar reminiscent of Twin Peaks’ iconic Roadhouse, with this band serenading you with their evocative tunes.

Cirq is an Avant Rock band from Rotterdam. Bruno Ferro and Wouter van Wijk have been collaborating for over two decades in the band Stoma. They’ve also joined forces with Marten Ruiten, who has contributed his musical prowess to acts like Cheech Wizard and Firetime.

Bruno, Wouter, and Marten collectively recorded two albums as the backing band for Harry Merry, known as Harry Merry and the Must. Now, as Cirq, they fuse their extensive experience and diverse influences to craft a captivating and unique musical journey.

Their debut album, Cirq, is now available.
