Guest studio: Arend Roelink 2006

Foundation B.a.d has studios for guests coming from the Netherlands and abroad. They are managed by the members of B.a.d. Since 1992, over 400 artists and architects have made use of our studios.

The main criteria for a guest studio are, that you have to be willing to function within a social structure and know that we are a non subsidized artist initiative, which means that we do not have any payed staff and that we do not provide a scholarship and or any other kind of subsidies or financial help for the guest artists. Guests are expected to be self sufficient and willing to follow a few guidelines concerning safety, cleaning etc.

Apart from the studios for the members and the common spaces there are four guest studios. Each studio has a sink, basic furniture (table, chairs etc) and stable internet connection. Furthermore, there is a common kitchen and bathroom, laundry room and a computer room with telephone and copy machine.

Each studio is available for a minimum period of 3 months and a maximum period of 6 months.
