Bad artists Frank Bruggeman, Hidde van Schie en Roderick Hietbrink taking part in the group exhibition 'Borders' at Museum Boijmans van Beuningen.

With eleven works, Borders shows how expression can be given to the perception of nature in an urban context, or vice versa, to the experience of the artificial in a natural environment. In our domesticated world, where there is little or no untouched nature, the border between nature and culture is a gray area. In the laboratory like presentation audio visual works, performances, photography, painting and sculpture of thirteen contemporary artists are displayed as an organic whole.

The exhibition, which is organized in the framework of the Festival Wereld van Witte de With, compiled by curators Frank Bruggeman and Ernst van der Hoeven will be opened on Friday 12 september at 19.00 by Sjarel Ex, director of the museum. The exhibition is shown in the Serrazaal of the museum (entrance in front of the museum) during the festival from 12-14 september and then from 27 September until 5 October 2008 .
